Did you feel like this on the first day of school?
Not sure what to expect and a little overwhelmed?
Our amazing Bell View team has been tirelessly preparing for students to fill our classrooms again. From numbers on the playground to line up before entering school to dots on the cafeteria tables, we are working together to learn and play while keeping a safe distance from each other. Our fifth graders even invented a new word to help describe what it feels like to wear a mask all day – matigue (mask + fatigue). It means: I’m tired of wearing my mask! Our Bell View students have really stepped up to the challenge because they CAN do hard things. By following safety procedures like wearing their masks (ALL DAY) and staying in their desks and on their dots, they have brought order out of chaos. The picture below is proof that learning can be fun, even in this COVID-19 era. Go Mustangs!
